Nic & Briana are Married! A Gorgeous Garden Wedding – Charlotte Wedding Photographers

Hurricane Matthew definitely threw a curve ball when it hit the lower East Coast of the United States. Continuos rain hit the Charlotte, NC area tampering with many wedding plans during one of the busiest months of the year to get married in the Carolinas. These New Yorkers didn’t let the rain dampen their spirits, they had their garden wedding anyway. An hour to go to the wedding the sky opened up, the rained stopped and the sun shined. Nic and Briana’s love has continued to blossom since their junior high days to a love and commitment still going strong 10+ years later. We are honored to have had the pleasure of capturing the beginning of what will be a lifetime together. I’ve been a fan of gardening since I was little and my father had one of the best chicken coop there is in our big garden, then I when grow up I read a guide on how to grow tomatoes indoors, and decide to have one.

10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!

TEN!!! Yes, 10 years ago in New York we shot out FIRST wedding as Whitney Photo & Video. WOW! Time flies when you are having fun 🙂 Ben and I were married the year before and just fell in love with weddings. Wes & Ashley’s wedding was so much fun, they started us off in the right direction.

We are so grateful for the hundreds of couples that have entrusted us to document such precious memories in their lives over the past 10 years. Not only did Wes and Ashley trust us with their wedding, years later they trusted us to capture their daughter’s first photo shoot. Wes and Ashley were moving from New Jersey to Florida and stopped in Charlotte in order to do Abby’s newborn photos. One of the best parts of becoming friends with so many of our clients is seeing these couples grow as a couple and their families.
